PC Need event advice

Heya all, i'm a relatively small streamer closing on 100 followers.

My question is related to an event i want to make as i hit 100 followers, a building competition. But i am unclear on the details on how to execute. It's going to be a themed competition. My questions that i have is.

Are there mods that allows the disabling of enemies completely?
World edit and custom world, best programs to make a custom world?
Item edit, i'll explain this one abit.
The idea i have is to allow each player that signs up to provide a list of materials they want. So i intend to prepare each building area for each player and put down a chest with the materials based on their list.

What's the best way to execute this, are there mods that fill the task of what look for?

1. I am sure there are mods that allow you to disable spawns.
2. TEdit is the best thing for editing worlds.
3. Using third party software, you can easily spawn items in, so it is just a matter of spawning them.
