No Rain stops any occurrence of normal rain starting. When the rain would have started now sends "Rain skipped" to the chat.

Does the mod take away the events that happen in the rain too?
I’m looking for a mod that just eliminates the rain effect that slows down the game here, and that lets normal events work like the wanterleaf plant and the rain monsters, an icon indicating it’s raining maybe would be enough to replace the effect of the rain.

It hooks into and flat out stops rain events from beginning when called with Main.StartRain
If a mod starts the rain another way, it should begin normally, it just stops vanilla from starting any rain

I'm using this mod because in the end it takes the animation of the rain out, if I want the plant or the monsters at some point just turn the mod off.
