Nurse is OP when killing the moon lord. I suggest a change, although I'm not sure what to change about it. Maybe have all your NPCs die of fear before the fight?

There's a rather simple solution, but I hope it's never implemented.

Make it so the Nurse can't heal herself.

I would rather keep the Nurse as she is for those cases of 'when all else fails'. It falls back to the adage of no-one is forcing a player to use the Nurse.
