Mobile Nymph spawn rate bug

For some reason, nymphs will not spawn for me. I have used battle potions and water candles for hours and not a single one will spawn. Used hunter potions and a life form analyzer too. Waited a couple of days and did progression as normal, but they still won’t spawn. I heard the nymph spawn rate was changed in 1.4.4, but only in hardmode, so maybe there was a “typo” in the code? Maybe that helps.

World is pre-hardmode, master mode, medium size, crimson, if that changes anything. It is not a special seed.
 
What I did to get them to spawn was to make a rod of discord farm and it turned into a little bit of a nymph farm but they spawned every ten to fifteen minutes. But I did notice the bug after 2 days. So my farm helped me.
 
Yeah, the spawn rate with certain enemies is glitched, aling with the mechanics itself within Journey Mode are currently bugged
