Hello Terraria Team,
I’ve been a long-time fan of Terraria on mobile, and I appreciate all the work you put into making it such a great experience on touch devices.Not many Games have the possibility to customize and move Buttons, especially on FPS and as "claw-grip"(4-finger) player this makes me so annoyed.For now I could design the display and control the character as I wish and I find it "Superb". However there's one feature I find frustrating when building near minecart rails: the automatic mount activation.
Currently, whenever I aim near a rail track, my character automatically mounts onto a minecart, even if my intention is just to place blocks nearby. This can be particularly annoying during detailed construction projects, as it disrupts the flow of building and requires extra steps to dismount and re-align. Since there’s already a dedicated “Mount” button, I believe players would benefit from an option in the settings to disable this auto-mount feature on aim.
Suggestion: Could you add an option in the settings that lets players toggle between automatic and manual minecart mounting? This way, players could rely on the Mount button when they actually want to ride a rail, rather than having it triggered by
aim.
