Deerclops' theme is not included in the Terraria: Official Soundtrack.

Also, I'm sorry that this isn't actually a bug, but I don't know where else to point this out.
 
The Deerclops theme you hear in Terraria was done by Klei’s artists, rather than Scott Lloyd Shelly - and thus, for a variety of reasons, won’t be making it to the OST.

I do know that copyright laws can be a pain, so that's a shame.
