I will be going over all seed combination features that Redigit Liked or Commented on (Unless the Comment says otherwise)
All of these are from here Game Mechanics - Let's hear your best suggestions for seed combinations!
Please Note that not all of these are confirmed but we have a general idea of most features coming to certain seed combinations.

FTW+DDU
Combining For the Worthy and Don't Dig Up should spawn a random boss every 30 minutes. Each boss will be in their respective stages of the game.

DDU+Drunk
Flips the entire world upside down so the underworld is where space normally is and vice versa. You could make the player start at the top of the world in the underworld or at the bottom of the world on a sky island.

Starting spawnpoint on a super small island in the middle of a huge pool of lava in the underworld, since drunk world don't have any structure in the middle. So the start of the game should be something like a "sky island" but "hell island"

Start the player in a marble biome with multiple statues, replacing the lava island. Wood slimes could provide wood.
mathbrush Reason: Like
Marble Biomes and Spider Caves are much more plentiful in the "False Surface" layer of regular Don't Dig Up generation.

All Seeds
Empty world. Combing all the seeds "breaks the game" and you end up with a completely empty world with no special traits. However, doing some sort of secret thing (for example, naming the world something specific) causes the world to inherit the traits from all the other secret seeds creating the ultimate sky-block challenge.

All Seeds but the Constant
Everyone knows they would remove this seed to avoid the grainy filter. Guess what, the filter is by default on, and the Radio Thing doesn't affect it! Happy mining!

Constant+FTW
Adds the sanity mechanic from Don't Starve. Things like being on the surface during the day, eating food, sleeping, wearing Garland, etc. increases sanity. Things like being underground, being near tombstones, being near a boss, being attacked by Charlie, etc. decreases sanity. As your sanity depletes the screen warps, eyes appear in the dark, and nightmare monsters begin to spawn.

Make beehives falling out of trees way more common.
Another suggestion from a fellow terrarian is that bees should have a chance of coming out of jungle bushes when destroyed.

Honey is now poisoned and damages the player instead of healing them (unless bezoar is equipped).
Plantera bulbs spawn all over jungle on world creation and break like larvae, in addition to growing normally (lots of random plantera fights, but good for farming plantera and fits with voodoo demon spam/larva spam)

Pots drop a rolling hive instead of active bombs. Cutting trees no longer produces bombs, only rolling hives.
Floating Islands are replaced with a jungle variation, except with water to allow fishing (normally all water is converted to honey)
Red Potions will poison you, along with the respective 3 buffs.
Hives can split into multiple smaller hives upon bouncing?
The Queen Bee can fire stingers AND bees at the same time, in either phase where she is doing one or the other.
Most ash blocks are replaced with Crispy Honey. Hellstone structures are deep green painted.

Many more heart boulders spawn like normal life crystals.

Increases frequency of life crystal boulders
And biting trees should have a chance to spawn boulders.
