Title. Considering that Presserator doesn't have to be equipped in order to work, plus it being an item sold by the Traveling Merchant, much like the other components of Architect Gizmo Pack, it would make perfect sense for it to be a part of the pack, and it would allow for better inventory optimization, as you'd have to lug one less thing around.
On a related note, I also think that The Grand Design should include Mechanical Ruler, for similar reasons. Much like Presserator, it sticks out in the inventory like a sore thumb, and it is sold by the same NPC who sells the other components (apart from Ruler).
