And after spending time crying after realising everything you once enjoyed is now gone, go just spend some time alone playing games or something. Once you've forgotten you were upset, talk to some random person on the internet until you have a list of problems you think you have, then talk to a psychologist to get a slightly smaller list of problems you actually have."
