The group set off and set sail, Edgesworth manages to get the navigation systems online so that they know where Newer Ravenrock is...
It's a good thing the HAM-2 is armoured, Because the seas waves are violent, As in one of the waves just took an anthropomorphic shape and tried to mug the ship!
Soon after walter is watching a monitor inside the ship, He then yells something before running up above deck,where everyone else is.
Walter: There's a ship coming for us, and it ain't enclave...
Walter points in the distance as a pirate ship is high speeding towards the HAM-2
Zell gets a good look at the ship and knows exactly who it belongs to...
without notice a large burst of energy is shot out from the pirate ship and the HAM-2 shuts off..
Edgesworth: It appears we have been hit with an EMP blast! Oh the humanity...
Walter: Brace yourselves, I smell the stench of a sin..
The ship draws closer As Envy,a buff shadow pirate, and several shadow pirates watch down on the group.
Envy: Well well well, Looks like you losers decided to get some sea legs.. That bucket of bolts even sea safe?
The buff pirate notices Zell
Chad: Oh no... i thought you got away...
Envy looks at chad
Chad: Erk, i mean, CAP'N! THERE BE THE ESCAPEE!
Envy: All brawn and no brains chad...
NOW then, i'll be taking this ship tonight, AND your lives! HAHAHA!
Envy draws a scimitar and a revolver and leaps onto the HAM-2!

I also look up to the sky.
"Wonder if I could use this bloodmoon..."

“I just can’t seem to get rid of you, can- Oh okay.” Zell makes no offensive action, as Grant and Jack just kicked Envy off and he doesn’t have a reason to fight Chad. He does, however, prepare for the pirate to come back shortly and go for someone by aiming at where Envy was kicked.

I'd still make an action, Because here is the thing, This is a rather important boss fight, Grant's actions WILL fail miserably, don't risk taking damage by doing nothing...
