This is a very simple compact crafter that can house 2 npcs.
All stations visible are accessible within the 2 block area under the anvil.

I respect the mission. I also live to compact. I have a couple ideas. While 1 block of water is technically the minimum of space, I wonder if a sink would be smaller after considering the blocks to hold in the water. On that thought, bubble blocks hold liquids while still letting you walk through. Admittedly, they are annoying because you can only get them in hardmode. Lastly... I don't think you can craft a gold watch there.
