Should the Hook Reset Flight Time?

alright.
another solution might be to simply decrease the drop rate of the item to, maybe 10%, since in my opinion it seems a lot better than the other items it can drop.
just an idea

Oh don't worry about bothering me, you brought this back to the front page.

People would get it eventually. Lowering the drop rate won't solve anything.
