Mobile So, does anyone not know how to host a online game?

I can help you out with this. Hosting multiplayer games isn't hard, unless you want a dedicated server to leave up all the time. That is way more complicated.
Basically you find out your IP address, which can be found in the settings on your phone. There are also several websites that you can use to get it. This is one that you can use.
Then, all you have to do is give your IP address to the person that you want to play with, and they go to the Online tab in their Multiplayer menu, and click add server, and put in the IP address.
If the host is playing, you will be able to join their game.
 
To host a mobile server you will also need to port forward, and (for extra stability) setup a static lan ip address.
also, the only difference between 24/7 hosting and normal hosting is that you have your device on longer, nothing extra to setup

Port forward? I play with my sister, and all I did was put in her IP and it worked perfectly, for a non-dedicated server.
