#After my issue to my terraria not saving#
Help! Sound muted! Whenever I point my volume to 100%, it slides back down to 0%. Help!
I can't live without music! I love the soundtracks so badly, I even made them my theme background song(Purify theme).
It only happened to terraria, my PC sound works well.

Solutions that didn't help:
Deleting Config.json file
Reinstalling Terraria
Setting my default speaker sound to 41000hz from 48000hz

I tracked down most of your PC specs in another thread, but I didn't find your operating system. If you are running Windows, what version?

If you are running Windows 10, try these steps, in case it is related to file permissions:

1. Open My Documents\My Games\ and right click the Terraria folder
2. Click Properties.
3. Click the Security tab
4. Click the "Advanced" button.
5. Click "Change" next to Owner.
6. Type your username, click the "Check Names" button, then click OK.
7. Check "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" under the owner's name.
8. Click OK again. If you get a message saying "Do you want to replace the directory permissions with permissions granting you full control?", click "Yes" and you're done.
9. Click the "Edit" button.
10. Click on your username from the list.
11. Check "Full control" underneath it.
12. Click OK.
13. Click OK again.

It would also be a good idea to ensure your sound card drivers are up to date.
