It summons an Ice Marquis, a flamboyant icy humanoid creature with a nice blue dress. It moves at a very fast speed and warps around, dealing fast and constant contact damage. It also spawns a blue circle around itself, further boosting range.

It deals a great DPS, and can clear crowds. It pairs well with the Staff of the Frost Hydra.
