As Elemental 131 and Merry Chroodles said, it's a work in progress, hence the (WIP) in the thread's name. However, I'm assuming you're talking about the Vitreous Desert beta. On the first post, it says that the download link can be found in the Discord server.

The current demo is kind of just showcasing a single biome and boss, lots of advertised content is not present.

CEIROS
Shattered Sentinel
Ceiros is a challenging two-phase boss fought in an arena at the heart of the Vitric Desert. However, not all is as it seems;
the very arena you fight in may just be another tool to trip you up as he blasts magma, conjures crystal, and fires rays of heat to defend his temple.
COALESCENCE
Magic Bow
Charges up several arrows that converge upon the mouse cursor.
Striking enemies with all arrows refunds some of it's mana cost.
FACET & LATTICE
Spear + Shield
Strikes enemies with a heavy spear. RMB to block, absorbing up to 30 damage depending on timing.
Blocking attacks boosts damage of the next strike.
NEEDLER
SMG
Rapidly fires crystal needles that puncture and embed into enemies.
Needles heat up while attacking the same enemy, eventually exploding in a chain reaction.
REFRACTIVE BLADE
Sword
Basic two-strike combo.
Hold LMB to charge the Sentinel's laser, searing enemies hit and granting +50% melee damage.

GEAR
This demo grants players access to equipment at Ceiros' progression point for all three major classes: Melee, Ranger, and Mage.
Summoner is not included due to lack of 1.4 whips and summon tag damage, which we believe is essential to making summoner it's own unique experience.
TWISTED GREATSWORD
Slice your enemies apart with this spinning greatsword. Hold the jump key to spin faster, striking enemies more frequently and rising into the air.
Found in the Dungeon.
STEAMSAW
Shred enemies with a steam-powered sawblade. Dealing constant damage builds up pressure.
Release to launch the sawblade, going farther and faster depending on pressure.

SCRAPSHOT
This shotgun fires a spread of pellets at short range, but can hook onto enemies with RMB to pull you in.
Firing while attached to an enemy knocks you back and greatly decreases spread.
FLARE BREACHER
Launch an explosive flare that embeds into enemies before ripping them apart with shrapnel from the inside out.

THUNDERBUSS
Shocks enemies in a wide cone with lightning. RMB to fire a ball of lightning.
Attacking the ball of lightning causes it to shock nearby enemies.
STARLIGHT SHURIKEN
Create a spread of three magical shuriken. If all three hit an enemy, the next attack throws two.
If both of those hit, instead throw one large, bouncing shuriken.
