The game runs fine unless I have the windy effects turned on. When I do that my game will drop from 60fps to around 30-50

Re-Logic
We are looking into some performance issues and optimization for the update in the coming hotfixes, so we are expecting performance to improve in the next few updates.

However, I'm surprised to hear Windy effects causing performance issues . . . despite what is popularly believed, wind effects do NOT have a substantial performance impact, and shouldn't be causing that level of drop. There might be something else going on, so we'll keep an eye on it.
