I don't think you've readen the part where Suika does only draw requests she feels motivated to draw especially considering her drawings are actually worth quite a while in terms of monetary value. Don't take this in any way bad, but I highly doubt she will go back and think that you did have one "request for when they will be a thing again" ages later she will decide to give money away for free again.
