Maybe shrink the clock a bit. It's too big for an emote and the clock isn't detailed enough for its size anyways.

It still looks like a Guide in a wig and a Nurse hat , make the eyes more girly or somethin.
EDIT: The new "In love" Nurse looks more like a girl emoticon , now make the others look like that.

I guess the reason why the 'passionate' emotion looks girly to you to is because she is blushing?

Dryad doesn't. Dryad has a more feminine look , but that probably is because of the hair. Maybe you could try making the hair look more feminine?

I feel like we should have a Skeleton emote in the miscellaneous section, but I don't have the artistic skills to pull it off.

Someone needs to take a shot at a merch to offset the nurse if the nurse has any chance.
