These are guard towers for isolating crimson/corruption. in pre hardmode worlds, they are great for a makeshift base. In post Hardmode, they are adequate for preventing surface spread,
If you already have Tedit, Place the files in the following address (FOR WINDOWS) C:\Users\(Your computers Name)\Documents\My Games\Terraria\Schematics
(i'm sorry, i don't know the address for Mac) if you do, please post in the comments

You can get Tedit here: http://www.binaryconstruct.com/games/tedit/
In Tedit, go to the clipboard, click "Import" ( if you already put them in the correct folder, they should already be there) select the one you want to use, paste it by left clicking, save your work, and your golden!
(now go enjoy your new guard tower!)
