Could you take a screencap of your in-game Video settings please?

A screencap of the settings would still be really helpful, just in case somehow something ended up different.
The reason being, I'd like you to try toggling multi-core lighting on. (Default should be Off)
If that provides no improvement, turn it off, and then try turning Frame Skip to Off. (Default should be On)
If it still doesn't help, you can try changing them both, and if you have no results, feel free to get back to me.
