Haven’t been on for ages but ironically one of last threads I participated in before my hiatus was one where I had a conversation with Leinfors, he always seemed like a good person as I had seen them around the forums before.

Damn, it's already been a year.

Never knew the guy, but he was probably a really great person to talk to on the forums, and be around in real life.

If there's one thing I can compliment him for, even though I never knew him, it's definitely his fashion sense. I mean, just look at his dev set! (Sorry if this is not the place to make a statement like that)

Damn, its been a year already, I found out cause I got a FB memory of me making a memorial post on my account to Leinfors this time last year, again RIP Leinfors, I hope your at peace in heaven and to his friends and family, I hope your doing ok with dealing with the mourning and grief of losing him, I lost 2 family members from the last 2 years my paternal grandfather who I was close to and my Uncle Tony, so I know how it feels, it's awful, but time does heal all wounds in a way it becomes easier and not as painful eventually, but the pain never fully goes away, but in time you will come to accept it has happened.

Aww man, Rick May, yeah I almost forgot about him, Soldier's Voice Actor, though I dont play TF2 really, I watch a lot of video serious or otherwise, and I was sad when I heard he died.

I still get a bit sad when I obtain an in game painting credited to him, cause it makes me remember hes no longer with us sadly, hard to believe its been 2 years now, wonder how his family and friends are doing, if you guys (Leinfor's family and friends) are reading this, again Im sorry for your loss, Ive losta few family members myself so I know what its like, but you have my sympathy and my thoughts are with you.

with the update coming soon, i just wanted to stop by here and say that leinfors would be so, so, so proud of the work that has gone into this update and therefore the game as a whole. his presence will be sorely missed, but the spectacular people at re-logic pushed through and made something truly incredible. godspeed, leinfors. we all miss you a lot
