i have a surface mushroom biome. im in hardmode i dont know why he wont move in and the house is suitable..

What height is the house at? also is it near any corruption/crimson? Also are you sure your in hardmode and not in hardcore?

Dosnt it have to be floating, also it has to have a 100 seeds

Judging by the background you need to expand the biome to have more mushroom tiles. It ideally should be pretty dark in that biome, even during the day, and adding more mushrooms will solve that. The easiest way is to just make a rectangle of blocks with holes in it to form a grid.

Make sure it is a big enough biome, if so then make sure it isnt: occupied, too small, near corruption. Make sure you are in hard mode.
