Is there anyway to set screen margins so that anything isnt getting cut off kinda weird

well. you need to adjust your TV settings so the picture is more or less in frame of the tv screen than being larger. something about turning off overscan? some kind of video setting. someone more knowledgeable on TV settings can help you from here if you have any question or what I posted needs some corrections
