It will be for the next update. Boffin has updated it to 1.3.0.8, I'm pretty sure.

Not sure if that will affect it however. If there is a specific program for mac then no. If not, then it should be fine for mac yes. Though I've never gone near a mac, I'm sure it can't run executables? (.exe)

Then sadly, without getting my hands on mac terraria and a lot of my time, I don't think I can. If there are many Mac users who'd like to play Ulterraria then I would spend the time. But for now, I am sorry.
