Biomes & Nature Underworld, Snow, and ocean improvements

All the biomes mentioned in the title are bland and boring for you're there for a couple resources then never visit them again. I've Decided too improve among these with more mobs a boss or so and more drops. just some things to spice up these biomes a little.
Underworld:
New mobs: Damned souls, Wisps, Charred Skeletons, and Draco Lich.
  • Damned soul: Hard mode
    • 500/750 HP
    • 50/75 Dmg
    • Wraith AI
    • Defense 25/28
    • KB resist 100%
    • Drops:
      • Soul Dust 25%
      • Bones 100%
      • Chains 10%
      • Coins: 10 silver
    • Lore:This creature is the soul of an adventurer who long ago died to the fleshy tendrils of the Wall of Flesh. After the walls destruction the souls were freed, now seeking to destroy the champion who defeated their eternal enemy.
    • Special effects:
      • Floats
      • Moves through blocks
      • Ranged and melee damage reduced by 15%
  • Wisp:
    • 75/125 HP
    • 15/45 Dmg
    • Ice Elemental AI
    • Defense 4/8
    • KB resist 75/79%
    • Drops:
      • 5/15 Living Flame Blocks 25% (Hard mode)
      • Coins: 50 Copper
    • Lore: Nobody knows the origin of the wisps but legend has it that fairies that committed evil deeds, upon dying became wisps with the need to torture those who enter their domain.
    • Special effects:
      • Attacks give the player the On Fire debuff
      • Flies
  • Charred Skeleton: Hard mode
    • 80/160 HP
    • 23/45 Dmg
    • Skeleton AI
    • Defense 12
    • KB resist 50/55%
    • Drops:
      • 1/3 Bones 100%
      • Ash 50%
      • Black Blade .3%
      • Coins: 5 silver
    • Lore: When a skeleton takes a tumble down the wrong hole and falls into the lava an ashen charred skeleton emerges stronger then before.
    • Special Effects:
      • Immune to lava
      • Water does damage over time
  • Draco Lich: (Boss) Hard Mode
    • 25000/30000 HP
    • 75/150 Dmg Enraged: 110/190
    • *New* Draco Lich AI
    • Defense 100 Enraged:60
    • KB resist 100%
    • Drops:
      • 20/45 Draco Lich soul Fragment 100%
      • Dragon Claws 25%
      • Lich Blast 25%
      • D.M.B. (Dark Magic Blaster) 25%
      • Bone Wave 25%
      • Draco Lich wings 10%
      • Draco Lich Mask 14.29%
      • Draco Lich Trophy 10%
      • Draco Lich Treasure Bag 100% (Expert Mode)
        • Draco Lich Head 100% (Expert Mode)
      • Coins: 1 platinum 50 gold
    • Lore: After the destruction of the Wall of Flesh and the increase of chaos of the death of the cultist the Draco Lich awakens once the Heart of the cultist is burned in the lava of his new domain. It's been a long slumber but finally he's been awakened by an idiotic (soon to be servant) hero who had slain the cultist locking him away. Now the Draco Lich rises to enslave humanity and corrupt the world.
    • Special effects:
      • Immune to lava
      • moves through blocks
      • Enrages at 1/4 health
      • 5% chance to Confuse, Slow, or Obstructed debuff player on hit
      • 10% chance to cause Bleeding debuff
    • AI:
      • Floats in background similar to Moon Lord
      • Ranged attacks:
        • Shadow Flame Breath
          • Breaths a stream of Shadow Flame in direction of player.
        • Shadow Fireball
          • Shoots a massive Shadow Flame fireball towards player that explodes into smaller fires on contact to surface.
        • Lich orbs (enraged)
          • Summons 6 small purple orbs that seek out player and explodes on contact to a surface.
      • Melee attacks:
        • Claws Slash
          • Swings claws rapidly at player in large archs.
        • Hammer Fist
          • Smashes fist into ground causing a shockwave effect
        • Bite
          • Lunges forward to snap at player
      • Special attacks:
        • Summon Damned souls
          • Summons 2-5 Damned souls that attack the player and give the Draco Lich health on hit.
        • Shadow Flame Spire
          • Summons a large spire (similar to Fishron tornado) that spits out small embers of Shadow Flame in all directions.
        • Absorb
          • creates a beam of light that takes the players health and heals itself.
      • When player runs The Draco Lich Stomps after them shaking the world wile doing so.
      • When player is close the Draco Lich is more likely to use Melee.
      • When at a distance Draco Lich is more likely to use Ranged.
      • Special attacks happen randomly (10% chance every 10 seconds, every 4 seconds once enraged).
      • When enraged the Draco Lich will attack more frequently and accurately.

New Effects: Burning, steam, Bubbling, and lighting.
  • Burning: In the underworld, any materials that could burn (Wood, Rope, Grass, etc) will burn over time to create ash blocks.
  • Steam: when water enters the underworld it will make a sizzling sound and white vapor (steam) will appear.
  • Bubbling: Lava will create small bubbles that will pop and fizzle (aesthetic only).
  • Lighting: The underworld would be much darker where the only source of light would be torches and lava.

Snow:
New Effects: Blizzards freeze, ice water, and fire melts snow.
  • Blizzards Freeze: When a player moves through a blizzard he/she will gain the Chilled debuff and if they stay out to long will gain the Frozen debuff.
  • Ice water: when a player is submerged in water in the snow biome for too long they will start to take damage over time.
  • Fire: In the snow biome when a torch, campfire, etc, is placed over time surrounding snow will start to melt into grass blocks. This effect is negated during Blizzards.

Ocean:
New Mobs: Scuba Diver, Electric eel, Submarine, Sea turtle, and Mermaid.
  • Scuba Diver:
    • 100/190 HP
    • 30/40 Dmg
    • Flying AI
    • Defense 20
    • KB resist: 60%
    • Drops:
      • Harpoon 10%
      • Diving Helmet 5%
      • Coins: 1 silver
    • Lore: In the waters of Terraria there are many unique creatures that attract many tourists. These seem more aggressive than usual.
    • Special effects:
      • Breaths underwater indefinitely
  • Electric Eel:
    • 50/75 HP
    • 15/25 Dmg
    • Swimming AI
    • Defense 10
    • KB resist 80%
    • Drops:
      • Circuit beam .01%
      • Coins: 25 copper
    • Lore: When snakes and jellyfish cross you get some weird hybrids.
    • Special effects:
      • When player is hit, inflicts Stunned Debuff
      • in expert mode gains jellyfish invincibility frames.
      • Breaths underwater indefinitely
  • Sea Turtle:
    • 10 HP
    • N/A Dmg
    • Passive AI
    • Defense 2
    • KB resist 0%
    • Drops: N/A
    • Lore: Just a turtle.
    • Special effects:
      • Breaths underwater indefinitely
  • Mermaid:(hard mode)
    • 200 HP
    • 40/55 Dmg
    • Swimming AI
    • Defense 35
    • KB resist 75%
    • Drops:
      • Mermaid outfit 1%
      • Fish communicator .5%
      • Coins: 3 silver
    • Lore:
    • Special effects:
      • Breaths underwater indefinitely
  • Submarine: Mini boss (hard mode)
    • 2000/ 3000 HP
    • 60/70 Dmg
    • Submarine AI *new*
    • Defense 60
    • KB resist 100%
    • Drops:
      • Torpedo cannon 10%
      • Submarine Trophy 10%
      • Coins: 25 gold
    • Lore: When you let the angry tourists get a submarine there will be damage done.
    • Special effects:
      • Ranged weapons do 5% less damage to hull.
      • melee weapons do 10% less damage to hull.
      • magic weapons do 15% less damage to hull.
      • throwing weapons do 15% less damage to hull.
      • Explosives do 2x damage to hull.
    • AI:
New Effects: depth pressure, lighting, Slowed attacks, and oxygen.
  • Depth Pressure: The further underwater the player goes, the quicker they lose oxygen.
  • Lighting: The ocean floor needs to be darker.
  • Oxygen: little bubbles will appear on the ocean floor that will give small amounts of oxygen.
  • Slowed attacks: While submerged the players attack speed is reduced 50%.

give this a gander for some sprite work(I've never made sprites in my life.)

(its also a bit short on most mobs and such give it a bit more love.)

(also try to avoid adding more stuff to biomes that already have been added upon by thorium or the spirit mod)

(well, you can do whatever you want, just know about other mods that add mobs so you don't add identical ones)

( I recommend leaving bosses till the very end on sprite work)

(I'm gonna stop editing this now fam)
