What the heck is the Empress of Light made out of?

I have no idea what the heck she's made of, and I need awnsers.
She appears to be made out of cheese but that seems unlikely, she can't be made out of light since photons have no mass and she has blood.
Also her clothes, her skirt is made of normal fabric, but her other clothing is made out of some strange blue material and I have no idea what it is.
