Will Mobile 1.3 Give Players The Ability To Create Infinite Worlds and Characters?

Seeing as how that’s not the case for console players (although we are able to create a lot of them), and how mobile devices are generally weaker than consoles, I doubt this will be the case.

I remember the developers saying you will be able to create infinite charecters and worlds as long as your device has some storage to put them in.

On NRLP channel once I saw news about the limit until bugs start happening Is about 100. So not very many people will run into any problems with the amount of charecters/world's they can have
