    If you want the highest quality, get Camtasia. It's also a screen recorder.
    The only problem is that it's expensive. Like, 300 U.S. dollars expensive. The only reason I have it is because my dad won it at a work convention :P

    You do not get alerts from following someone. What you get is when you view the "Forums" tab is a thing that tells you who is online on your follows list.
