Fallout 4 is probably overrated, or at least was I suppose. Horrible character writing, story gets boring after (spoilers) killing Kellog as well as some perks being pointless.

The lottery, everything about it, first of all the chances of you winning even if you spend all your savings on tickets is incredibly small and not to mention even if you do win many people are going to be aware that you suddenly just got rich and a lot of them will basically do anything to get their hands on that money.
