PC Bug launch the game!

Looks like everything is fine on server sided, your client needs to be fixed. Perhaps you should do a Steam Verification, and also check your graphics driver.
 
I validated my files, and it said one failed to validate and would be re-acquired, and my graphics driver is fine. However, Terraria is still broken.

I'll be willing to do a hands-on support on this. If you have teamviewer I can see if I can resolve your issue and identify the problem. I advise you uninstall and reinstall XNA and .NEt Framework to the latest versions.
