Thanks! I always try to find the type of blocks that represent each boss the best way, so e.g. since Skeletron is made out of a skeleton, bone blocks would suit him best. I must say though, it's often quite hard to find the right representing material and sometimes I'm forced to just use any random block material because it looks the best for a boss. The teeth for Skeletron Prime was one of the hardest and I just found cactus blocks to be the best blocks for it since they show the line gaps between teeth when these blocks are put next to each other.

He's lucky I haven't met or fought him yet. I don't like to spoil it for myself by googling pictures so I usually wait until I see him in-game for the first time. Don't worry, he'll get framed eventually. :D

I really got into a Christmas mood all of a sudden so I'm planning to build something big for the coming days. Hopefully I'll be able to finish it before the holidays.

So much awesomeness has been added since I last check the thread. The moon house is especially great but the bosses are tops!
 
Far out, thats what i do too. Always build thematical homes for the npcs, sadly when they die i need to customly redirect them to these respective abodes. Wish there was a way to just permanently keep em there (on ps4, cant play games on pc anymore due to muscle condition)

I like your little pirate ship :D
Oh and your queen bee house is really original :)
I havea hanging ropebridge with hq for my pirate. Ill make a thread soon with a vid i guess. ;)
 
Thank you guys for your replies! @Ipos I totally recognize your struggle with placing npc's every time they die. I'd love to see how you've built your thematical world. Always nice to see something based on a similar idea!

Sorry for not being so active lately. As I said before, I've been busy building something for Christmas and I'm now considering dedicating a thread to it since it's going to be something quite big and unique by itself. Never expected I'd be in such a huge Christmas mood :p

It'll be up soon ;)
 
Im a bit into fallout 4 and just bought tales of zest but ill make a movie showing what my town looks like right now. Ill do that in a bit and make a thread for it. :) p.s. only play coop with my younger brother so to anyone that has taken the effort to look me up and try to send me friend reqs for terraria, i need to respectfully decline with no offence meant.
