Outmanuever them. Experiment with the fight, take your surroundings into account and watch your movement, you cannot just fly in one direction away from this boss or you'll hit the mines.

Circle around the boss and use the disseminator or onyx chain blaster or just check the tutorial on how to beat signus in youtube
