Huh...Softcore normal with restrictions? This doesn't sound too ridiculous...Might as well give it a shot, seeing how I made an account just to give it a shot. Quick question though, is it allowed to use TerraCustom if the only setting changed is making the evil biome not spawn in the Jungle? That's a huge pet peeve of mine...
