Weapons & Equip Change Bee Gun, Solar Eruption, and Starlight to use static iframes

Currently, bee projectiles (such as from Bee Gun, Bee's Knees, or Beenades), Solar Eruption, and Starlight use global iframes. This is due to them using multiple different projectile types at once, to prevent the two from having multiple overlapping hits. However, this causes them to block minion and support weapon hits, especially bad for Bee Gun due to its awful damage output and long duration warranting support from Crimson Rod, Weather Pain, or even just a separate primary weapon.

These weapons can use static iframes, though. They just need to inflict static iframes for each type of projectile the weapon makes use of. The machinery for this already exists in the code, too, with specific checks for Solar Eruption and Starlight projectiles due to them inflicting 4 instead of the usual 10 iframes. In terms of balance, I expect Solar Eruption and Starlight wouldn't change much from this, but would feel better to use with minions, while Bee Gun would still be very underpowered by itself but would actually be usable as one part of a bunch of magic weapons used at once to fight Skeletron, instead of its current state of eating into your own damage through iframes. Bee's Knees and Beenades would be somewhat stronger here too due to being able to use minions now, while Hive Five would be significantly stronger due to bees not blocking yoyo hits.
