Did you even read the post? I listed all of the defence stats, and boosts.

And? I still didn't really understand what you meant by both, but if you meant fall damage immunity and another set bonus, that would be fine as long as the defense is low. I think 1/2/1 or 1/3/1 (as you suggested) is fair. Not sure what you mean by "boosts" unless you're referring to set bonuses, which, as mentioned, I do not like the "cloud walking" one.

I just don't see the point of having a duplicate.

Because this set would allow you to have an additional jump on top of any jumps provided by the bottle accessories, plus is more balanced and in line with what I would expect a cloud set to do. The cloud walking thing feels very weird or in some cases op, and only having fall damage immunity... doesn't seem like much on its own.

SoC is expert mode exclusive.

Hardcore is way harder than Expert. You should definitely do Expert first, then try Hardcore.

I think you mean master. Hardcore is a player setting where you die permemantly.

Based upon how literal terrarias naming is, I think it's fine. Also how does it sound like balloon armor at all? It's called cloud  armor.

Imagine an armor made of clouds, put it on and now tell me how this ARMOR protects you? It may surprise you, but you're practically naked while wearing this armor.

You can launch bullets out of sharks in this game. I feel like logic isn't super important.

I feel like that would be quite hard to animate. Also that doesn't really feel like it would actually be armor.

Cloud Armor has a better ring to it.

A significant majority of armor sets are named after their crafting materials or the location those materials are found in. Using some fancy name for a hypothetical cloud armor would be out of place.
