We expect a first release once weve finished the following:

Arachnus (done for first release)

The shrine of the molten one (finished)

The Bloodshot eye (Finished)

The Ancient Dune Worm (coded but needs a new sprite to be finished)

Ancient tomb crawler (part of the dune worm, needs a new sprite, otherwise finished)

Amulets (nearly finished for first release)

Amulet slot (finished)

Skeleton town npc (sprited, waiting on code)

Theres going to be a new boss in wichever update we decide to add the decimator,
The Masticator!, essentially this boss is a crimson alternative to the decimator, it will be a tougher fight with new drops and new craft items

The Decimator of reality has been renamed to The Devistator of Reality

When Ra started creating his mighty guardians the first he created was a leviathan sized serpentine creature to guard his planet from spatial disturbances such as meteors or alien invasions so that he could repair his world in peace. Ra was fully sure of the capabilities of the leviathan and shortly after creating the beast, shifted his attention to creating the other guardians of his fair planet. The leviathan was being neglected, it was unsure of its purpose in the void of space. As The first of ra’s creations, ra did not truly comprehend the repercussions of his neglect and kept on with the restoration of Terraria. The leviathan, without any instructions on what to do,(or for that matter, its purpose), still carried out its task of protecting the planet by devouring any inbound meteors or spacecraft. Soon enough the leviathan realized it didnt have nearly enough to feed on in the planets orbit so it took to the others, devouring the other planets of the solar system one by one. Soon enough the creature had its hungry eyes focused on one thing, the sun. At this point in time ra was aware of the disturbances in the planets orbit and put aside his work on the planet to resolve the issue. Ra quickly noticed the disappearance of the other planets, but there was something...else in the distance closing in on the star of this system, the leviathan. Ra sprung into action and stopped the beast in its tracks with his godly magic, recreating the other planets wouldnt be the hardest thing for ra to do but this wasn’t ra’s concern, ra’s concern was for Terraria, for the people he created that happily worshipped him. Regretfully, ra banished the beast from this galaxy, he didnt want to risk anything happening to Terraria. The leviathan was distraught at this, its creator not only neglected it, but condemned it to the depths of space. This depression brought on a fierce hunger, thankfully for the leviathan, there happened to be plenty of planets and other celestial bodies to devour. It began to consume moons, then planets, then stars, soon enough the leviathan had consumed an entire galaxy worth of stars, magnetars, and neutron stars. The beasts insides no longer had a true physical makeup, the inside of the beast was essentially an accretion disk, ripping whatever entered to shreds and even going as far as being able to devour the very fabric of this universe... this beast is now known across the universe as “The Devastator of Reality".
Amulets will be a special acessory type that has its own dedicated slot, they will be class based, have syngergies with different equiptment, weapons, and amor. Amulets will scale through three tiers: Pre hardmode, hardmode, and endgame.
Currently we are only focusing on Prehardmode amulets.
The following classes will be supported:
Rangers
Throwers
Melee
Mages
Tanks
Summoners
Healers (Thorium radiant damage might be added depending)
(Thorium bard support might be added depending)

There will also be a few quality of life amulets:
Builders
Miners
Creator

The dwarven city will have to wait for second release

If you cant fill any of those roles on the dev team, we have a #suggestions channel on our discord server where you can still contribute by voting on ideas on how to improve/balance the mod.

Our discord is also the fastest way to receive updates on mod progress and occasionally we post spoilers early. If you would like, we can also give you the "Spoiler group" role in the discord, making you the first to know about new things coming to the mod! (Note: Discord server is not usually very busy outside of the dev channels)

Still waiting for it!

We are progressing more and more, the first release is fast approaching.

If you want to participate to the mod development, we are still in need of coders and spriters (we have a lot of sprites to rework). You can also post your suggestions on our Discord or contribute to our wiki on Gamepedia.

I would offer my hand with some coding, but they're a bit full right now on other projects. Non the less, I wish the best of luck!
