Disassembling accessories

Is there a way to disassemble accessories that have been combined (like the obsidian skull and horseshoe. I would like to combine the obsidian skull with the cobalt shield instead). I am uncertain if disassembling these is possible. Thanks in advance.

Well, that is unfortunate. I would not have an issue with most of the items, since they are duplicates, but some items are a one shot deal. Thanks.
