Switch Eater of Worlds making game freeze

I tried killing the Eater of Worlds with my Star Wrath, just for fun. But then, my game froze! And then I had to reload. How did this happen? Was there to much things on screen?

I tried killing the Eater of Worlds with my Star Wrath, just for fun. But then, my game froze! And then I had to reload. How did this happen? Was there to much things on screen?

It sounds like the issue in connection with particle overload (too much stuff on the screen). Pipeworks, the console developers, are working on it, but in the meantime try out other weapons that don’t add too many particles to the screen.
