The goal is to find all the references in Terraria! I'll start

Achievement: You and What Army?
This might be a reference to the COC commercials because at the end of each commercial they always say,"You and this army."
 
The Wizard sometimes says
"I was once told that Friendship is Magic, but you can't turn people into frogs with friendship!"

This is a reference to G4 MLP; the full title is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
 
Pretty much any of the Solar Eclipse enemies, for example Mothron is Mothra, and I don't know the rest because I don't watch horror movies.

the body parts of cthulhu are references to cthulhu

Truffle Worms summoning Duke Fishron is a reference to Duke Fishron being a pig and fish, which consume truffles and worms.
 
Arkhalis: A weapon obtained in Castlevania:SotN. It's not obtained from a Schmoo, you get a Crissaegrim from that.
 
  • Last Prism's description "Fires Life Desintegration Rainbow" is a reference to League of Legends character, Vel'Koz, who has a laser as an ultimate skill named "Life Destintegration Ray".
  • Meowmere - Nyan Cat. ( yeah, that's obvious, I know )
  • Do You Want To Slay a Snowman - Do You Want To Build a Snowman song.
  • Tartar Sauce and its description "How do you defeat a Mini Minotaur?" - Tobuscus' song "Mini Minotaur".
  • Stardust Dragon ( name ) - Yu-Gi-Oh!

Terraria: Sand is Overpowered References Sand's ability to fall and deal damage. This could also be a reference to a Pre-Alpha lets play of Terraria where Blue states "This is, like, the only game where sand is overpowered."
Terraria: A Bunnies Tale Possible reference to the movie "The Knight's Tale"
Terraria: Small Blocks, Not for Children Under the Age of 5 Reference to the warning on toys with small parts
Terraria: There is No Cow Layer Reference to the "Cow Level" in the Diablo franchise, and to another of its kind in the StarCraft franchise, in which the cheat code to access these levels is "There is no cow level"
Terraria: Digger T’ Blocks Reference to the game "Digger T. Rock", an old NES Rareware game that is similar to Terraria

Terraria: Epic Dirt Possible reference to the Merchant's quote, "Check out my dirt blocks: they are extra dirty", however, this is likely unrelated.

Terraria: 9 + 1 = 11 Reference to a broken puzzle in the Tales of The Terrarian Adventure Map. Can also be a reference to "9 + 10 = 21" internet meme.
Terraria: Infinite Plantera Possibly referencing the game "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare"
Terraria: Now with more ducks! Possibly referencing "Team Fortress 2" or/and talking about Ducks being introduced to Terraria.
