If you are referring to Tunnel King and Loki, then yes, they are well versed in the rules. :)
 
Some of the individuals on the staff page serve more of a utility/design role for the forums, and do not actively participate in the moderation of the forums. As such, they aren't expected to know the rules "by the book" so to speak, though of course, they should still be following them. :)

However, all moderators and the administrators who are cureently involved in or have been involved in moderation in the past know the rules very well. :D

Look for individuals with the Moderator banner underneath of their name; along with Tunnel King (one of the admins), we are responsible for knowing the rules and keeping the forums nice and friendly on a day to day basis.
