I've always pronounced it ter-AIR-ee-uh, largely because that's the proper pronunciation of the word in the English language.

If the developers had decided it should be pronounced differently... well, I'd probably go on thinking and pronouncing it the proper way out of habit.

Different dialects create different sounds... Like the difference in what part of the county of US you live in for certain words. Like how many ways you hear Washer, in reference to a washing machine.
