PS4 I can't join my friend

I cannot join my friend and they cannot join me

are you both ps4?
if one is pc,xbox one or switch
they can only join their spesific systems
no cross play
so you both have to be ps4

Make sure that both of you have your NAT Types set to Open.

I believe that NAT type 2 is moderate and that 1 is open.

But my friend nat typ is same on me and he can play with everyone (And I could play with everyone until 4 updates)
