Hey I wanted to give the katana some love so why not add in a samurai. There's already some samurai type items in the game

(Looked confusing so I added some smiley faces and stick arms, hope it helps)

Well if I win I would like this skin to be called : Gospod set (that's how my friends call me in this outfit)

How to get it? I think its logical that it sells by clothier during full moon. BB

So umm... this is my entry, it's a geisha costume
So the following names are:
The head part: Geisha Mask
Body part: "Traditional Cloth" or "kimono" (it's actually what kimonos really looks like, since kimonos in vanilla terraria needs a serious rework tbh..)
Leg part: "Geta"
Additional quote: "Not even i can dance, sing, and entertain men, i can even make various paper origami!" *cute* (the geisha quote)

====Also i'm sorry if it's small, as i created all the art purely by piskel and didn't think or resizing it.

I don't really know what to call it. The tail is a part of the legs. It's sort of supposed to be raccoon but, I don't really know.

Description: This is supposed to be an EVA suit that supposedly would be used for spacewalks in orbit; supposedly manufactured in 2042. Made light enough to use on the terrestrial surface.

Ingame Tooltip: (If not in space: "Do we really need this down here chief?"), (If in space: "Ain't the view pretty from up here chief?")

Full set bonus: Resistance to freeze-related attacks.

Head: EVA Helmet

Torso: EVA Suit and Backpack

Legs: EVA Leggings

Drop chance from Saucer Boss: 5%

Red antenna dot will blink emitting a very dim red light, 1 second on, 1 second off.

Muffled hurt noises

Feel Free to make any adjustments to the design if needed!

I feel like he would look good with devil wings.
Not the best, but it's my first pixel art.
You have a 25% chance to get it from the WOF in normal mode

Terraria Vanity Contest; Jungle Survivor!.png

This is my submission: the Jungle Survivor!
Description: A set worn by the people of the jungle.

CRAFTING RECIPES:
Hat: 30 gel, 5 silk.
Torso: 15 silk, 30 vines.
Pants: 5 wood (any type), 5 Dayblooms.

Could also be found within Jungle Chests.

that's all!
 
I think Terraria's missing a shark armor. Simple enough. Maybe it could get a boost if the armour is full like being able to breathe in the water, faster, more damage, ...

I thought it would be cool to add a "skin" to the Game, wich represents the times we live in.

WHAT IS ALLOWED/NOT ALLOWED?
  • Only one submission per person! If you make multiple submissions, we will select the first submission made, and the latter ones will be disqualified.
  • All Vanity entries must be the original work of the person submitting the idea - no stealing! (yes, we will look -_-)
  • Sprites from Terraria mods *ARE* allowed but only if you are the original creator of that artwork (this means the actual artist, not just anyone that happened to work on a given mod)

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ENTRY?
  • Entries should consist of a design that includes Head/Torso/Leg (aligned to those vanity armor slots in the game). We will not be including wings/dyes/weapons/etc. Sorry.
  • All entries must include artwork of some kind. This could mean anything from super-fancy hand drawn art to MS Paint-level scribbles. However, the art - and any accompanying descriptions - need to be able to clearly communicate the idea. If we have to struggle to understand the concept, it will hurt your chances of winning... and trying to guess art from just text is going to give all of us headaches.
  • If you have a name for your creation, please provide it.
  • Entries should be submitted by posting in this thread. ONLY entries will be permitted in this thread. If you want to discuss the contest or specific entries, feel free to do so in the announcement thread here, Discord, etc.
  • All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm Eastern Time on April 13th, 2020 - NO EXCEPTIONS! :)

Please note that as stated above, ONLY submissions will be allowed in this thread. Non-submissions will be moved/removed by the moderator staff. You can ask questions or discuss the contest in the original thread!

You may have to use a program for zooming, the shoes are cyan with a yellow spot in the tip, it has a jacket and the scarf cape. it can be named: alone traveler

The set would be: Red scarf for head, Black jacket & Gloves for torso, Black pants + cyan sneakers for pants.
