I took the square root of 8 and added 2. I tried a few other numbers, but I couldn't find anything lower. (I was too lazy to find an equation that could give me the answer)

That's actually really really close, but still wrong. It's generally a bad idea to guess real number variables in questions like these where even transcendental numbers could be relevant.
Oh what am I saying. I totally solved this by guessing, I am as guilty as you are. I just happened to guess slightly better lol. I couldn't solve the question on its own either.

Not directly. For some reason, I'm incapable of going into that world. However, I have used remote controls in order to mind control Kirby and make him defeat the Metaknight in Kirby Super Star.
I've also made him defeat the Metaknight in Kirby's Epic Yarn.
