X-001 whistles to Nirel and signals her to come near him, at the same time he puts a ruby at core of the bio-mechanical being he has created and hopes that it works as a power source

X-001 would pull out the gem out of his pocket a crack is visible in the top-right side of it

Nirel doesn't seem bothered about the crack.

When Riolu devolved a bunch, he unknowingly made evolution energy in the process of doing so, and the Rooted Corruption in him absorbed said energy, becoming powerful enough to hide from and survive the existence of the Anti-Aura.
Abilities:
Corruption Blast.
A simple Rooted Corruption projectile attack. Somewhat similar to an uncharged Aura Sphere.
Strike Second, Strike Harder, No Mercy.
To activate this ability, Corrupt Riolu closes his eyes. To end it, he opens his eyes.
During a turn when this ability is active, Corrupt Riolu cannot attack normally, but when attacked, he immediately retaliates using an attack of the same range type as the attack. (So he retaliates against ranged attacks with ranged attacks, and he uses melee attacks other than retaliate against melee attacks.)
If an attack against Corrupted Riolu hits, the opponent gets +2(if using D20) or +1(if using D10) on their defense roll against Corrupted Riolu's retaliation attack.
If an attack against Corrupted Riolu misses, the opponent gets -2(if using D20) or -1(if using D10) on their defense roll against Corrupted Riolu's retaliation attack.
Illusion Kick.
Corrupted Riolu can replace any of his melee attacks (except for an attack from Illusion Kick) with (number) melee attacks, all of which must be at the same target. To defend against one of these kicks, the defender rolls (number) times and takes the highest roll.
(number) must always be a positive nonzero single-digit integer and a constant.
Corrupt Clip.
If someone grabs Corrupted Riolu in any nonmagical way, roll a D4. On a 1, he teleports directly upwards into the nearest unoccupied space that's not within the grip of the grabber.
Also, Corrupted Riolu can teleport up to 500 feet in any direction, as long as the following conditions are met:
The destination of the teleport is underground and big enough for Corrupted Riolu to fit in.
The destination of the teleport is the nearest destination possible in that direction.
Corrupted Riolu knows the exact location of his destination relative to himself.
Creature Control.​
Corrupted Riolu can control all unintelligent, nonmagical creatures that are within 10 feet of him. This includes things like bugs, bunnies, dogs, and frogs, but excludes things like unicorns, eaters of souls, talking animals (Like the Cat in the Hat, Martha Speaks, or Sonic the Hedgehog), and player characters.

After Riolu was infected by the Rooted Corruption, he didn't know what to do. His Aura wasn't strong enough to stop it... So he decided that if he can't beat it with his finite positive power, he might be able to beat it with an infinite negative power.
Abilities:
Anti-Aura Sphere.

A chargeable projectile which breaks when charged, resulting in increasingly weaker projectiles as more projectiles are made. For every turn of charging, it gets -4 to hit and +2 projectiles.
Reverse Aura Punch.
Mega Riolu charges up Anti-Aura energy in his fist, and then swings his fist around himself to hit an opponent behind him. This attack requires a turn to charge up, but imposes disadvantage on defense rolls made against it.
Anti-Aura Mirage.
Instead of attacking, Mega Riolu applies some Anti-Aura to his next defense roll, and if he succeeds in said defense roll, he teleports behind the attacker (Max range: 500 feet), throwing a Reverse Aura Punch.
Anti-Aura Noclip.
After grabbing something, be it an opponent's neck, an inanimate object, or something else that's not connected to the ground or floor, Riolu dashes downwards, causing both him and what he's holding to noclip through the floor or ground and somehow appear about 100 feet in the air.
Anti-Aura Flight.
Mega Riolu can fly.
Aura Annihilation.
If Mega Riolu successfully hits someone with an Anti-Aura-based attack, the victim's soul, Aura, and/or AI is attacked by the Anti-Aura energy, and the victim must roll a defense roll with advantage in order to avoid damage to their soul, Aura, and/or AI.
Any soul damage dealt this way is equal to healing for Mega Riolu's Anti-Aura, which is unstable and requires fuel in order to avoid evolution.
Steal Time.
Mega Riolu can now adapt to the speed of his opponents in battle; for every defense roll he makes in a post, he gets one attack. Also, for all abilities which require charging up, he now takes attacks to charge them, instead of turns. So to charge an Anti-Aura Sphere once and then fire it, he uses 2 attacks.
Anti-Aura Fire.
Mega Riolu can start fires using his Anti-Aura. Anyone who ends their turn in Anti-Aura Fire must roll a defense roll against D20:10 or D10:5. On a failure, the victim takes fire damage from the fire, and has to roll another defense roll against D20:10 or D10:5, this time with advantage, to avoid taking soul damage from Aura Annihilation. This fire, much like regular fire, sets things on fire, and spreads to nearby objects.
Strengths: Immune to Rooted Corruption, and very powerful in combat.

Exploitable flaws: His Anti-Aura requires constant fuel, so he will evolve if he is unable to destroy any souls, auras, or AIs. Also, plot armor is much more powerful when defending against him, because it can easily prevent Aura Annihilation from doing any damage.
