...Rope, personally, someone that I feel I need to apologize to is Tethin. I gave you a month to change in an attempt to show Tethin that my justice was more effective, but you've started to change. Instead of being in tier 4, you're actually just shy of tier 2, by 648 points.
Tethin, same rules as the rope deal. One month. Fix Irene. Keep everyone out of danger from her.
Also, the death guy is burning the hat of your firstborn child.
