It recently dropped for me on PC. I wasn't expecting it at all when it dropped, and now I'm keeping it safeguarded.

The Moth is my biggest pain in the arse, banner-wise, since it's the last banner I needed to complete my collection.
Tip for Lime: Explore as much of the snow biome as possible, especially the water areas. Limes appear on your map as dark green spots, reasonably easy to see in the blue/gray snow areas. Go mine them once in a while and let them regrow. I got about 80 of them now by doing it like this.
I have no tip for bloodroot, other than maybe place a lot of dirt in rows deep underground, hoping that you can sometimes harvest one there.
I get the impression that pink/orange/lime/skyblue/blue etc. all have a limited number on the map and won't spawn within a certain radius of one another.

Miner's Outfit, Slime Staff, and keymolds I've never had a problem with the Wisp, and I've got so many extra Event drops. Still no luck grinding for The Axe though.

eh. I haven't encountered anything that really annoyed me to try to obtain. Sure, some things can take a few hours or days of effort, which can be cut down if you build the right structures for encouraging spawning of what you need and stuff, but I like having a reason to play games I like for a long time, so I don't understand the problem.
