My Map and Player won't show

I had one world and one Player in my save files but after installing the tmodloader they don't show up ingame anymore. They still are in my Documents, but when I start the game I can't select them.

Save files for Tmod are stored in \Documents\My Games\Terraria\ModLoader\Players and \Documents\My Games\Terraria\ModLoader\Worlds.

Which is different from the default save directory.
