Oh. I'm working on finding why it doesn't work. I use the latest version of Chrome on Windows 10 and the other pictures work. I'm checking compatibility stuff now.

The picture that we cannot see is a problem for everyone except miniek, because no-one except miniek has permission to see it.

Okay, so after some discussions with the team, and arguments, we decided to change name from "The Cancer" to "The Disease". The reason? It's simple. We decided to use a more generic word. Cancer is a word that can offend many persons, so that's it. I myself hate cancer.

When you create an account for Terraria you get given basic permissions, like replying to a thread. I think that at some point between July 16 and October 1 2015, something happened, such that certain permissions to see various pictures were no longer given to new accounts. The fact that Alvenex can see it means that my first hypothesis is wrong, but this one seems plausible instead.
 
This mod makes me want to learn spriting or anything relevant so I can help you out. It has a very good future ahead of it. As for the image some see and some don't, I can see all images other than the "new eye-like mob" one. And I'm pretty sure I am older than Miniek on these forums, account wise. So yeah, this is strange. But I think you guys shouldn't be so worried about it. It's just one spoiler and a minor one at that.

You just disproved my theory. You can tell when someone joined the forums by looking at the info that comes up when you click their name.

Alvenex joined march which were before july so it isn't wrong there, but if its right then its more like july - sep since im not able to see it either
 
Could you summarize? I'm having a bit of trouble following the back and forth, I take it it seems to be an image that doesn't show up? Can you direct me to where this image is posted?

That said, there shouldn't be permissions for users to see images, new or otherwise. That's definitely not what the issue is.
